Client Services Manager

Job Summary

Our new Client Services Manager will serve as a customer champion and trusted liaison throughout the life-cycle of the post-sales relationship, ensuring that our customers receive exemplary service and are well-educated on Graphika products and services.

The Client Success Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Client Services and is based in our midtown NYC office.

Responsibilities and Duties

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and project development phases
  • Advise & educate clients on product offerings and product features
  • Build and maintain relationships with all members of the client team

Client Services Team Support

  • Support the Senior Manager of Client Services with all aspects of client management
  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer with the transition from sale to client onboarding
  • Collaborate with Technology and Analysis teams to assess and manage the scope of work during project development
  • Track project progress and report to internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills

For this role we are seeking a service-focused professional with a minimum of four years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS and/or startups or at an agency. The role requires competency in the following areas:
